Gown Orders
Many of our gowns are handmade or produced in limited runs. Please allow up to 8 weeks for creation and preparation before dispatch (unless marked as ready-to-ship). We recommend ordering early to ensure a relaxed timeline before your wedding.
Bouquets
Bouquets are carefully handcrafted and typically dispatched within 1–3 weeks, depending on availability and seasonal demand.
Wedding Keepsakes (Ever After Edit)
Ready-to-wear keepsake pieces are usually shipped within 1–2 business days.
Shipping
We offer complimentary Australia-wide shipping. Standard delivery timeframes apply once your order has been dispatched.
If you have a specific wedding date or need something sooner, please contact us prior to ordering — we’ll always do our best to accommodate where possible.
We understand that choosing your wedding pieces is an important decision, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already commenced for handmade items.
Returns
We offer returns on eligible bridal accessories and Wedding Keepsakes within 30 days of purchase, provided items are:
– Unworn
– Unwashed
– In original condition
– With tags and packaging intact
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note
Due to the handmade and limited nature of our collections, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
– Made-to-order or ready-made gowns
– Custom pieces
– Sale items
– Items that have been worn, altered, soiled or damaged

Something to note is that payments for wedding dresses are made at different points in the process. For your order to be placed, a 1/3 cost deposit is needed. Remaining money is only due when your dress has arrived.
